The staff were wonderful throughout the hotel and could not do enough to accommodate and assist. The breakfast was EPIC and seemed to never stop.

Lovely hotel with fantastic views of the pyramids! comfy beds and good shower room; staff very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much, as a woman traveling on my own I really appreciate all the support. Great location and an absolutely glorious breakfast, I really enjoyed my stay there

Amazing views from the room. Service was the best we have ever experienced and the staff was really nice and happy all the time! Everything we needed they helped us sincerily. I was injured and needed pharmacy product and they went and get them for me so i didnt have to go there in the evening. We also booked few trips from the hotel and we got the most experienced and best guide! Also transfer services worked really nice and we felt safe in the cars we travelled around. Thank you for everything and thanks for the help and guidance you gave us trough out our visit. Also driver Smiir was really funny and he was like a big bodyguard as well so we felt very safe with :D Our Suite and the views was stunning and we got a good guality content so if you are social media influencer this is the place to be!

This hotel was an affordable choice with beautiful view of the pyramids. They served a full breakfast on the rooftop. This was a great choice to travel as a family. I highly recommend the hotel. The service and hospitality from the staff was greatly appreciated.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the wonderful women at the front desk – Shad, Menna, Rana, and Nada. Their exceptional customer service, kindness, and genuine warmth made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to assist us, especially during a moment of potential confusion regarding our trip itinerary. Their professionalism, empathy, and generosity turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. These women are a true asset to your hotel and represent the kind of hospitality that builds loyalty and leaves a lasting impression. Please ensure they receive the recognition they deserve. On a less positive note, I do feel compelled to provide some constructive feedback regarding the tour guide assigned to us, Mr. Latif. While I understand the challenges that can arise during busy tourist operations, our experience was overshadowed by his frequent conflicts—first with the driver who picked us up (who was late due to traffic), and then with others at the pyramids. He appeared visibly frustrated with the new transport system in place for accessing the pyramids. Although I do not enjoy being critical—especially of senior individuals—it would be unfair not to highlight this, as it impacted our overall experience. Mr. Latif also left without acknowledging us, which was quite confusing considering he had spent half the day with us. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience by ensuring future guides are more patient, professional, and aware of the importance of clear communication. Thank you again to the brilliant front desk team for making our stay memorable.

This hotel is highly recommended. We received a fantastic welcome upon arrival, which set the tone for the whole stay. The view of the pyramids was absolutely stunning. The staff were the friendliest we’ve encountered in a long time – so welcoming and helpful. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast.
