The staff were really excellent. Went above and beyond to help if you needed anything e.g., a softer pillow, trips, airport taxi. The breakfast was nice and the hotel was quiet (despite being so central). Excellent value for money. Thanks!

The stuff was very nice and very helpful, the location was central but not close to traffic, plenty sockets (I counted 7 in my room) including next to the bed in each side.

This is a great little hotel in downtown Cairo. It's an easy walk to the Egyptian Museum (and Tahrir Square), and I felt safe enough to do the walk and not get a driver. Breakfast was kind of a hybrid Egyptian/European breakfast--it does the job. I had thought that there was a restaurant on site, which turned out not to be true (other than for breakfast), but the Italian place next door is a great spot to eat. I couldn't find too many other restaurants really close by. If you're a very light sleeper, you might want earplugs, although the hotel is quieter than I expected. The staff is really friendly and helpful--they can set up a driver if you need one, and their airport shuttle worked well. They also changed money for me.

They had good breakfast to get the day started. The staff were friendly and helpful.Good location within walking distance to Egyptian museum and El Tahrir square.many other attractions. The room was very clean good showers and comfy bed, god value for the money.

The hotel was clean and its location was quite central and easy to walk around. It’s quite close to the Egyptian Museum and Tahir Sq., while you can find lots of shops around. As two female travellers, my sister and I, did not feel scared and the busyness of location helped a lot, even in the evening. Staff were friendly and nice, and the reception works 24/7. The hotel offers breakfast, and pick up from the airport depending how many nights you are staying. They accepted cash payment in Euro, which was extremely convenient due to unavailability of currency exchange at the airport. Overall, definitely the hotel is good value for money!

This hotel is fabulous. It's spotlessly clean, all the staff were outstanding. Ahmed on reception was particularly helpful. Hassan the tour guide organised all our tours & he was so professional & organised & knowledgeable. Esraa the breakfast waitress was very friendly & efficient. The hotel is in a great location, it's modern & very comfortable.
