Location is very central and easily walk to Tarrir square. The price as compared to other hotel is very good for value. Clean room, friendly staff and valuable breakfast. Ticks boxes all you need to stay while travelling. Definitely recommendedl

The hotel location was good, it was easy to get around and walk in the area. The staff was helpful in general. Always asking about the comfort and trying to provide as much help as possible. The hotel was clean in general.

Hotel is very clean and Nice atmosphere and friendly staff especially Hossam(owner), and he changed my room again 500 Egyptian Pound, from single room to double for 3 nights. (also Hossam offered me free breakfast even though it was not included). Thanks Hossam! Staff, hotel atmosphere, free offered food, and pantry girl as she gave me extra cheese by herself, and cooperative nature of owner! only issues what i faced related hotel are given below. 1st: Lift, you need to call them in order to use. 2nd: hotel entrance is bit tricky, its from the backside of the building. but overall staff and other services are very good.

I had an excellent stay at Castello Hotel. The location is very central. The room was very comfortable and the AC was working very well, which was important at the time I was there. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful and I would stay here again any time.
