The Staff were exceptional. Especially the two young gentlemen on the reception desk and also the restaurant staff. The pools, gym and, spa were also very well equipped and presented. The rooms were nicely furnished.

The hotel was beautiful, and the service was excellent. Hatem, Marwan, Moheb, Ahmed made our stay. We stayed here for 5 nights, and the experience was unforgettable. Location is far from the city and from the main attractions, but it's worth it. Hatem was my personal favourite; he knew that I was kinda scared of the chaos in Cairo, especially with the transportation in the city in a taxi, so he was really attentive and helpful. Thank you so much.

The hotel was very spacious and quiet. Very attentive staff and warm welcome. The bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was close to the indoor pool in the club house. Both indoor and outdoor pool heated and well maintained. Spa and gym were also equipped well. Food at breakfast was a wide variety of choices and service was good. Both restaurants were open and served a good range of specialty foods Italian and Egyptian. We ate in both twice. For the quality of service, rooms and food this hotel is great value for money and I would recommend.

Fabulous new property with very attentive and customer oriented staff. The rooms were spacious, huge breakfast spread and a range of facilities including a gym, a spa and sports fields. Huge outdoor pool and indoor one too for the winter season and an artificial beach. Great Italian restaurant also on location. So an excellent place to spend a few days just relaxing. And their butler service is exceptional. Moheb from their butler service was very attentive and did many special touches to make our stay even more perfect.

We ordered our breakfast as room service and we were absolutely blown away by the amount of food and the freshness of the food. Room service experience was very pleasant and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Premises were very clean. The place itself is beautiful and words cannot really describe how we felt when we first saw the place.

The restaurant, the room, the spa The Italian and Arabian restaurants were exceptional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The spa treatment was second to none. All staff we engaged with were excellent in their service.
