The Club Lounge was like a litte Oasis that you could retire to at any time and the staff their were first class run by Remy the Manager, Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast options were excellent. My thanks to all of them

This is a fabulous hotel on the banks of the Nile. Comfortable, convenient excellent facilities. The staff are amazing and very helpful. If you want a special treat stay here. The Old Cairo Museum is just around the corner.

everything was exceptional from the reception who offer me the room before the check-in time though I know the hotel was fully occupied, the fast response from housekeeping & their dedication specially Mr. Nooreldeen & Mr. Tariq who both were assigned in 3rd floor during my stay. overall safety in the hotel and it was not my first time & definitely not the last.
