To be honest, I didn’t have any complain at all about the hotel. Reception people is amazing very helpful service room very quick fantastic very polite. food is perfect the breakfast is absolutely amazing. This is the first time I stay in this hotel and it’s not gonna be the last. I will tell everyone if you would like to enjoy your time. Just book in this hotel. Amazing location is fantastic. View for the room is absolutely perfect. Reception people the absolutely polite lovely helpful I didn’t have even one. Complain about anything. Room service very quick facilities for the hotel is amazing thank you so much for all the stuff I stay one night and he made this night is absolutely as a heaven for me and my husband

Best location in Cairo. When season allow s you really enjoy the outdoor area. The proximity to the river is definitively a value add. Swimming-pool with the view is amazing. The hotel is old and also the rooms. However if you don't spend all the day there that is fine. Jacuzzi and Spa / Gym are very nice. Breakfast is good. Egyptian restaurant amazing atmosphere, food and service. Moroccan restaurant not so great. The hotel arranged for us a tour to pyramids. It was well organized with a tour guide (Saeed) that I strongly recommend.

We had club lounge access breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour were all excellent, the staff were really courteous and the pool and spa access with view across Nile was stunning. Room view and balcony also amazing you could see the pyramids on the horizon.
