Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.Kindly be informed that we welcome pets in Renaissance Cairo Mirage City in Family rooms only, with an extra charge USD 25.00 all inclusive per night with a maximum two pets per stay and maximum of 7 KG.Meet & Assist is through passports control upon arrival for foreigners only according to the Egyptian Tourism Police Authority. Reservation is required 48 hours in advance. Cost per person is 25$. Guest may wait for other guests on the same flight till finishing the immigration formalities. Shuttle bus is available, reservation is required 48 hours in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Stunning hotel, outstanding customer service. All staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Restaurants were all delicious, outdoor pool area was beautiful, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel shuttle to and from the airport was also a huge help!

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, neat, clean, spacious, TV had both English and Arabic channels which is always a nice touch, definitely coming back for leisure.

I had an incredible stay at the Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel during my 24-hour transit in Cairo. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, and from the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel driver was waiting for me, even though my flight was slightly delayed. He was calm, patient, and very professional, which made my arrival so much easier. The staff at the hotel were equally impressive—professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They even assisted me in arranging a fantastic day tour to the pyramids, which was absolutely amazing. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and I appreciated the opportunity relax by to pool and visit the spa before my departure. The hotel shuttle conveniently took me back to the airport the following day, making everything seamless. Everything about the Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel was perfect, and I highly recommend it. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Cairo!

This is a modern and impressive hotel . Excellent staff service. All spoke English and all were very friendly and polite . Hotel has security inside snd out. There is a bare ad two restaurant in the building.

Clean , excellent breakfast, caring staff Mr Wael and Taxi driver Ahmed arranged through hotel. Clean spacious rooms . Big clean pool and well kept gardens .
