I travelled alone and felt safe in the hotel - the staff were really good from the cleaners to the reception (Mohammed from reception was excellent) The waitering service was good - Anis one of young teenagers and the quality of food was excellent along with Portion sizes being big.

The meals are reasonable for the price, and the staff is friendly, though tips are expected everywhere, typically around 1-2 dollars. The location offers a unique experience with views of the pyramids, but it’s worth noting that exploring the area may be adventurous for Europeans, so hiring a driver is a safer choice. The neighborhood is outside the city center in a typical Egyptian suburb, offering an authentic but somewhat challenging experience. If the goal is a comfortable yet budget-friendly stay with an opportunity to experience a bit of local atmosphere, this hotel could be a suitable choice.

I need to thanks a lot to youssef and ahmed, they are awesome staff, they are excellent. They are always available to help me. I didn't have Egyptian notes and they found a way for me to exchange them. They kept my suitcase for me on the last day without any problems. The hotel is perfect for the price/quality ratio. I highly recommend this hotel. It's quiet and close to the pyramids. Thanks to marawan and bondo. One love from Portugal

The staff was very nice and helpful. I would especially like to thank Ahmed Waleed, the receptionist, for his assistance. Always smiling, patient, knew exactly when to do what. Everything went smoothly upon check in and check out. Thanks guys.
