Best part was how close it was to the pyramids, the view from the rooftop. I’m sure the pool is nice in summer too and sauna if we wanted it. The breakfast was good too they bring it all to you instead of buffet but we did enjoy this part, get the mango juice!!

The location is perfect and the views astonished. You pay what you get so don’t expect the most fancy hotel in Egypt but the most friendly one with the best views

You get what you pay. Don’t expect the most fancy hotel in Cairo but the most friendly one with the best views. Everything is easy. You can almost touch the pyramids. Staff very friendly and very accesible

Certainly, the location is suberb for visiting Giza Pyramids staring from the early morning. The ticket office (if you don't book online) and entrance gate is really a 1 min walk! Water pressure & temperature were very good. The staff was very hospitable and tried to do their best. They made us breakfast packages, so we could take them with us when we went to the Pyramids at 7:30 AM. They gave us fridge magnets upon check-in. Thanks! The rooftop view offers the sunset above the Pyramids & Sphinx panorama, lovely.

The staff that included Mohammed at reception and Ahmoudi in the kitchens, were amazing. The hospitality was wonderful. Ahmoudi even woke up early most days to make us breakfast before our tours.

Cheerful, lovely and happy to help kind of staff. Hotel was clean, food was good. Room service was quick. Rooms were clean. We were served welcome drinks and drinks at check out. Over all 9 out of 10.
