Location in a very busy area, full of shops. Room 309 and 409 was on the pool side. Had a seating area. Bathroom was big. Choice of breakfast, waiters and chef really nice.

Staff were very friendly .. Rana and Nahla did a great job ensuring that all are intact and my stay was as good as it should. Front office was very friendly and helped made my check in and out very smooth.

Staying in the Jewel Zamalek Hotel was a very good experience, very friendly staff, very comfortable service, and very friendly stay. I had a good experience with the front desk staff Nada , Wala who was very friendly with a very charming smile . And on top of them I would like to appreciate the guest relation staff Rana Samir who I had a fruitful conversation with ,where I appreciate her knowledge in her work and the welcoming atmosphere, and finally I would like to mention Nahla Mohsin the quality control staff appreciating her support in all meaning.

Reception open 24 hours, which was good as arriving from Luxor very late. Short taxi ride from Bus Stop.

Not 100% clean room, but compared to other hotels in Egypt, it's pretty clean. Amazing and safe location. Good wifi!
