Location was great for Giza and exceptional for the Grand Museum So close and lovely to see the pyramids each day when you set out

Location good. Very peaceful. Breakfast so much choice. All staff were wonderful friendly nothing was too much trouble. Lovely hotel. Great pool. Really good facilities. Everything we needed.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful in the reception and the restaurant. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The gardens and pool are beautiful and well maintained. Also the food was lovely. Fantastic stay! Thank you!!

The setting is lovely with pretty gardens. The pool and bar area nearby are also good. Staff were polite and helpful. My bed was dressed with rose petals and shaped towels for my birthday. I also was given a cake. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.

Goods: - Very Clean - Friendly Staff - Decent Location (central to both Pyramids and Central cairo) - They upgraded our room for no extra charge, Thank you! Can Improves: - Breakfast (it has a large variety, but it really lacks- oomph. It however is still good 7/10) - Cleaning staff didn't make the room on one day (However, they were quite apologetic when told) - Gym equipment is dated - Room service is pricy, and the food is average - Bathroom has bathtub with shower curtain, as opposed to built in shower All in all, a very pleasant stay, and very happy!

We liked the game room. The gardens were also an oasis after coming back from touring Cairo. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was excellent. The kids' menu was great!
