The property is a hidden gem in Cairo offering world class rooms in the heart of Zamalek. The staff are very kind. Breakfast was awesome and the attendant at breakfast was a very sweet man.

This Hotel is on the 4 th floor of a building. It is an original Egyptian Hotel from the 1960’s. The rooms were fine but rather cold at night with no air con or heating. Our room seemed to have a fridge and broken tv in the room. Kept very clean and a charming gentleman served us breakfast every morning

I like the location. It is close to the Nile, cafes, pharmacy, metro station, and resturant. the staff response to changing my room was immidiate . The staff were very nice.

Quiet refuge from the busyness of Cairo. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean and comfortable. WiFi works well. Close to metro station, with easy access to the rest of the city. Basic breakfast is good when you’re short of time.

Horus House is in a great location in Zamalek, and we did a lot of exploring the surrounding streets and sites. It’s clean, quiet, and the staff were really lovely. We had a beautiful view of a tree filled courtyard.
