Greeted in a reception that was not yet finished tiling (heart sank), entered the lift and found ourselves to our room and the outdoor terrace they are amazing value for money. The staff are nice the place is clean. The view and outdoor terrace is worthy of a 4/5 star uk accommodation.

The hotel offers probably the best view of the pyramids and the Sphinx The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The restaurant serves some good food, cocktails and coffee.

The location is great. The view from the roof top is just mesmerising. The food was amazing. The breakfast served in the morning was nice and fresh . The staff was very helpful. We saw the light and sound show from the rooftop. Had a great time. Will surely visit again.

The view was exceptional. Beds were comfortable. Staff were courteous. Jamal was professional and provided us with a courtesy Beveridge on arrival. Jamal is great salesman and tried to sell his tours, ensure you do some research and negotiate the price. Staff did not actively ask for tips but were expecting it. Ahmad the tour guide is fantastic, full of knowledge. Tamer is polite and expert driver. Dunya had a smile on her face. Sabir the Chef actively made us feel welcome.

The view from the top floor where breakfast is served was unbelievable, and the breakfast while simple was very nice. The hosts were very friendly and they went out of their way to make me fell welcome.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. I admit that I expected worse. The opposite was true. Booked 2 nights in a standard room without a view of the Pyramids. The first night, they apologetically accommodated us in a neighboring hotel across the street. When we arrived in the room and stepped onto the balcony, we were blown away by the view of the pyramids. This view awaited us even after waking up straight from bed. We had breakfast on the hotel terrace as booked. After breakfast, we left our luggage at the reception and spent the day at the pyramids in Giza, Saqqara and Dahshur. In the evening, after arriving from Darfur, a second surprise awaited us. We were given a room with a view of the Sphinx and the Pyramids. It was not as breathtaking as the first night in the hotel next door, but it was a nice apology from the hotel for the first night. In the evening, we watched the sound and light show at the Pyramids from the hotel terrace while having a cup of tea. The view was excellent, but the level of the show disappointed us. The hotel staff were very nice. We did not use the additional services of the hotel (taxi, guide, excursions) and they did not offer them to us. They just mentioned that they would be happy to help if needed. Thanks to the closed windows in February, the noise and smell of camels and horses did not bother us at all. Breakfast: varied, Arabic, large selection Room: clean, renovated If I visit the Pyramids in Giza next time, I will stay at this hotel again. The performance & price ratio = excellent. It looks like an advertisement for this hotel, but that's how we enjoyed our stay there in mid-February 2025. Thank you. :-)
