We had troubles with a toilet, 3 times in a day. It took too long to solve it. Eventualy, the staff moved us to a better room, and that it super nice

Excellent location, big rooms with all amenities. Our breakfast not included, we ordered room service and the breakfast was excellent and quite large portions.

The room was perfect on the 28th floor with a beautiful terrace in front of the city centre,the staff was fantastic,our room service waiter was so kind and nice very professional. We taste fantastic Egyptian dinner on the 5th floor restaurant and the view of the Nile was wonderful. Finally the position is perfect in the centre and in front of the Nile especially for family with kids like us!
