In order to keep this promise, we must occasionally close certain areas of the hotel for maintenance and enhancements to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our guests.Late check out fees of 25 USD per hour applied after 2 PM.As part of Fairmont Nile City’s continuous efforts to ensure the wellbeing of our guests and providing the highest level of luxury experience, kindly note that we will be conducting an uplifting in some of the hotel’s secondary areas that might cause some noise, we apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.At Fairmont Nile City, we strive to provide our guests with top-of-the line facilities that enhance the quality of their stay. In order to keep that promise, we must occasionally close certain areas of the hotel for maintenance to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our guests. Accordingly, we would like to inform you that Sky Pool is temporarily closed starting from February 5th until February 14th, 2024, for uplifting. We were treated exceptionally well by the staff throughout. I was staying with my wife and 2 young daughters. They worked with us to create an excellent itinerary for our weekend break. The food at the Saigon restaurant was amazing. All in all we could not fault our stay - we just wished we could have had longer to enjoy the hotel.

The interior design was unreal, the staff are really nice and are always there to help and make sure you have the best time and treat you like royalty, the room service was exceptional.
