Room was fantastic, I was not sure if bed linen was changed. As I slept in it, my body was itchy. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of Benson Hotel for making our stay a beautiful one and most of all providing me with bath chair and adhering to our request.

Location was awesome (except the night clubs across the road- rather noisy when it was lock out time), but nothing ear plugs couldn’t fix

The recently upgraded rooms are a good size with plenty of storage for our 4-night stay. Location was great with plenty of amenity within walking distance

Amazing hotel, very clean, great location and facilities! Enjoyed a dinner at the rooftop restaurant and the pool was great too. When we stayed only one lift was working which was a bit long trying to go anywhere as couldn’t use stairs. Overall highly recommend it!!

Large room with comfortable bed. Pool and restaurant for breakfast were enjoyable. Staff helpful when the lift broke down. Disappointed that the bar was only open on Friday and Saturday.

Overall the room and was very nice, clean and spacious however only having one working lift and no restaurant open during the week was a negative.
