Nice big 2 bedroom apartment, a bit tired looking compared to the pictures, but perfectly adequate and good value for money, we were also allowed to check in early which was really helpful, lovely staff. I'd recommend reef gateway, to anyone looking for a reasonably priced 2 bedroom apartment with pool access.

Most helpful friendly welcoming & accomadating staff Jenny went above & beyond for me ... As I required a ground floor unit for my elderly Mum travelling with me ... She did everything she could to make sure it happened ... Which in itself was amazing ... However the apartment was extremely well equipped, clean, tidy, a B ZZZa

Jenny and Royce were incredibly friendly and helpful. We got a text advising that our room was ready early, then Royce assisted in carrying our bags up the stairs. Royce gave us some great advice on the area and on our next destination, provided with an extra key when we asked, and also messaged us after checkout to let us know we left a water bottle behind. Amazing hosts :)

The apartment was spacious. Had everything you needed to cook your own meals and wash your clothes. My grandson was in hospital and it was just across the road from the hospital. 100% value for money and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean comfortable stay.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen facilities to suit all needs. Great location and within walking distance to the esplanade, pleanty of restaurants and family friendly areas so no matter what your visiting for its all very accessible either by transport or walking. Staff were extreamly friendly and facilities well looked after and maintained.

I liked the location, close to Cairns Central and the Esplanade. I liked the closed in parking also. The room we stayed in was close to the front entrance also super convenient for a big family and we had a baby travelling with us also. Aircon was great also in the Cairns heat!
