I really liked the view of the pool and garden from my room, also enjoyed the use of the pool especially after a long day out on tours Staff were friendly and welcoming The location was great

The room was clean and well positioned by the pool. All the staff I encountered were professional and friendly. Very helpful too. The hotel was near to Raintree shopping mall with a great cafe 63 for food. A supermarket and pub. It had a laundry so was able to do a load of washing as been travelling for 18 days prior to my stay. On a bus route to get into city

Very nice place, clean and peaceful. The location is not ideal as there are not many restaurants within walking distance. Staff had a rude tone specially when checking in.

The air conditioner was on before we arrived. It was very hot and humid on the day we arrived at Cairns. We felt so comfortable getting into the room.

The Beds was very soft and comfortable felt like we sleeping on clouds and Also the Family Rooms are very spacious and have lots of space for the Children , food shops are convient and also Leisure for the children , Awesome swimming pools and spa was fabulous with the waterfall

Mostly the cleanliness and the size of the rooms. Love it. Value for money as well. Was a short stay but it was great.
