I liked that the rooms are ensuite, so no fighting for showers or hot water. It’s social without being chaotic, the place is setup in a way that makes meeting people easy. Rooms were a good size and were cleaned every day

Staff are fantastic, friendly helpful lovely. Particularly the Italian Girl and Scottish Lad at reception. Went out of their way to help when i had no hot shower. Great room, comfortable, quiet. Kitchen kept clean.

Everything was within walking distance, super handy for early morning tours. Even with all the action downstairs, my room was actually pretty quiet. Great fun

Met the coolest people, danced until the early hours, and still managed to wake up in time for my reef trip. Everything you need is right here (bar, pool, kitchen, gym). It’s basically a little backpacker paradise in the middle of Cairns
