Great location, sea-facing and along the esplanade. Walking distance from the city centre. Spectacularly clean and well maintained property, extremely pretty and boutique-y. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Restaurant had a great menu for all three meals, and good coffee. Would definitely go stay again.

Lovely hotel in beautifully restored art deco building on The Esplanade Staff are fantastic- Luca tried very hard to make us as comfortable as possible & the food & even the coffee in the restaurant is very good Very comfortable bed

The hotel’s neo-colonial aesthetic offered a seamless and immersive experience, blending historical charm with contemporary sophistication. From the grand entryway, with its elegant stairs, intricate moldings, and polished finishes, to the interiors that harmonised tall ceilings, shuttered windows, and vintage-inspired furnishings with modern lighting and sleek accents, every detail was thoughtfully curated. This design continuity extended even to the exit, where transitional spaces maintained the same refined aesthetic, ensuring the experience concluded as elegantly as it began. The result was an atmosphere that beautifully balanced tradition and modernity, creating a cohesive and memorable architectural narrative.

the location, room, bed and bathroom were lovely. I loved the art deco charm and the feel of the place. It had bikes, lovely pool and the restaurant and bar was great. The restaurant's food was exceptional.
