Located near to attractions (e.g. Aquarium) and Fleet terminal made our stay accessible to all our visit even without a car. The airport shuttle service is excellent.

The apartment was spacious and included everything needed to prepare meals. There were also a washing machine and dryer which was helpful to wash towels etc. Heinrich is a very helpful and friendly host.

Excellent customer service from Heinrich - he was very kind and knowledgable and couldn’t do enough to help us (including letting us check in super early on the day we arrived, letting us buy some eggs off him when we forgot to buy them and then kindly dropping us off in the centre of cairns on the day of our departure with all our bags!!). The location of the property is perfect - about a 15min walk to the centre / esplanade. Apartments really spacious and clean & excellent value for money with everything you need for self contained apartment! Pool is also great!

The place is clean and comfortable. Only thing there were no much essential. Four of us stayed for three nights but only gave us one roll of toilet paper and one small facial soap, and two one time use instant coffee. That was so weird as a hotel not supply essentials to guests.

Very spacious apartment with great facilities. Great attention to details. For example, the kitchen was very well equipped with utensils and kitchenwares. Rooms are clean and as described. We were welcomed by Mr. Hendrich and he gave us all the best tips to enjoy our time in Cairns.

The apartment was clean, tidy and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' drive from central Cairns and the airport. The esplanade would have been a 5-10 minutes' walk, but the heat and humidity meant we tended to use the car. The pool was brilliant and the gardens and venue in general very well maintained. The owners/caretakers Heinrich and Leah couldn't have been more accommodating, welcoming and friendly. They even cleaned our room and had it ready for us 2 hours early, which was brilliant after along overnight flight. Overall we had a great stay. We would definitely use this apartment again.
