Great location, short walk to the beach. Beutiful and private layout of the houses. Wonderful, well-kept gardens with wildlife. Staff were very friendly, helpful and service minded. Ana and Edward are absolute stars.

Exceptional - the bungalow was spacious and well equipped. The gardens were stunning and we spotted loads of wildlife at the property including frogs, a sloth, birds, butterflies and a family of howler monkeys nearby. The best bit was the staff, they couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, even providing my son with fruit from their trees! We didn’t want to leave!

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely peaceful place which was within a stone's throw of the beach with it's few little bars and places to eat. It was a bonus to have the little pool in which to cool down in and relax next to especially when there were no other guests and we had it all to ourselves! The gardens are delightful and well maintained and we were even lucky enough to see a sloth relaxing in a tree one day. The bungalows are comfortable and clean and have everything you need and it was great to be able to borrow bikes to cycle into the town as otherwise Cahuita is a 20 minute walk. Check that you have enough food if you are staying on a bank holiday as literally everything is closed and no food or snacks are provided at New Caribe Point. We got caught out by this. A perfect place to spend our last few days in Costa Rica. Thank you.

Location was great. It's a 2 minute walk to Playa Negra. Easy walk to Cahuita. We loved watching the sloths in the trees and trying to spy the howler monkeys. Lots of wild life! Our unit had a full kitchen with most things you could possibly need to cook a meal. There was a dinner table. The bathroom was large and the shower was warm with good water pressure. They provided hand soap. AC was excellent but only in the bedrooms. Wifi was excellent. Free secure parking ( behind a gate, opened by key) The staff was great and greeted us with a complimentary beer. They were available during our stay and very accommodating to our requests. There are bikes that you could borrow complementary( but they are in so-so condition) Beggars can't be choosers though. We were grateful to have them! We loved the cats (especially the orange and white one)! The owner is lucky we didn't steal it (kidding/not kidding :))! We really loved the cat! There is on-site laundry & they provide soap. Living room was comfortable and had a fairly big TV. Nice pool area.
