I'm travelling a lot. There are years when I have 20-30 stays. This is the best landlord I have ever met. Responsiveness, friendliness and hospitality at the top level, I'd score him for 11 of 10. Everything I was asking for - received in minutes. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need - coffee machine, microwave, kitchen, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioner, iron, TVs, vacuum cleaner, sun umbrellas and so on! The apartment is situated on the top of the hill but you have a lift just around the corner. Literally it takes 35 min to reach out the beach. The most positive thing is that localization is calm and cozy. All restaurants are in 10-12 min walk. I definitely recommend it for a long stay in Cagliari! Next time in Cagliari - I'm in Martini Al Castello.

The above property was not where i stayed but the property I stayed at was perfect for me clean spacious with mostly everything you would need For me great location as I like walking and not being right in town . I loved my stay and Luca was more than helpful with all of my challenges . He went out of his way to help me and gave me great recommendations for restaurants and what to do in the area . Highly recommend to anyone

It was one of the best stays I have ever been to. A beautiful apartment located in the old town of Caliagri. Perfect to explore the city from here. Additionally a great and easy communication with the owner. What ever question I had. Totaly recommend this place would come back any time.

This property was perfect for a few nights away. It was spotless, had plenty of amenities (hairdryer, iron, toaster etc) and was very comfy. The location was ideal. It is in a lovely area, very near to the Cathedral and the Bastion Saint Remy, with good public transport connections too. Luca was a great host and was always available via WhatsApp for queries. I would definitely recommend.
