This was a super property beautifully decorated lots of space and such a fabulous location to meander in the old town or to get bus to beach perfect in every way! Breakfast & coffee delivered to the room @9am was lovely too view of the harbour, yacht’s just lovely!

The bed and foam pillows are comfortable and the room had a lovely view. The room was clean and bathroom was nice. Its located close to shops, restaurants and the sights which was great.

The location of the property is excellent to go sightseeing in the city center. The room is large, nicely decorated and with all facilities needed. Breakfast was good and nicely served to the room door at the arranged time. Very easy contact via whatsapp with the property to arrange for late check out on departure day (against a payment for the additional time)

Staff's honesty and help: I lost an power adaptor when I left. Then when I went back to look for it, they found it and gave back to me.

The customer service was amazing. My wife and I booked a regular room but we knew they also had rooms with seaview. I contacted them, explained that we would stay at Nero Luxury Suites for our honeymoon and asked if they had a room for us with seaview. They freely upgraded us to a suite with seaview the first 6 nights, the last 2 nights we would go to our original room. During our stay there they told us that they arranged for us to stay at the suite our entire stay. Oh yeah, and when we checked we found our room covered in rose leafs. We had an unforgettable honeymoon. Nero Luxury Suites offers amazing service and we will definitely be back!

Loved the space and its facilities. The communication was impeccable, the team helped us with an early check in and booked our transfer to the airport. Decorated with style and taste, would highly recommend, 5*, we will definitely be back.
