Perfect location, really nice personnel. Snacks in the rooms and basic equipment in the common space appropriated. Comfortable bed and pillows 😌

The rooms were comfy and well decorated. I liked the set-up of the building. The room was private, but you could socialize with other guests in the common area or at the balcony if you’d like to. The location was very central, it’s convenient when you’re traveling by train since it’s next to the station.

The apartment is opposite the train station. No parking on that street, but there is plenty in the area. The hosts are amazingly friendly, helpful and kind. There were a couple of baskets with plenty of snacks and sweet pastries, water, juice and milk for breakfasts and the reception area has a sort of free tea/coffee bar. The room was lovely! Ours was a Quadruple room, with a double two double beds, one downstairs and one on the loft. We loved it! Communication with host was great too.

Comfortable, close to the city centre and the train station. Room was sizeable and some lovely provisions such as a fridge, free water and snacks, and a communal area with some essentials. The staff were so friendly.

The location is brilliant! Right next to the bus/train station and you don’t even notice it! You are located right in the city centre, with cafes, restaurants, sightseeing locations and more all within walking distance. The communication with the hosts was great, and they are super friendly and kind, and in addition to this the (cleaning) service was amazing. In short; highly recommend booking this stay and its great value for money.

We liked the location, easy to get to by taxi from airport. Easy to access buses to Poetto. Aircon was good. Staff member was friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at Marlin Rooms! Perfect location right across from the train station and the town centre with no noise - also close to the port and a 8 min train from the airport. The staff were amazing - very accomodating and responsive via WhatsApp. They also cleaned rooms daily and restocked snacks everyday. Would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Cagliari. Absolutely no complaints !
