Very clean and comfortable room with a nice balcony area, really good price. Modern finish facilities. Good location, nice 20 minute walk into the centre and walking distance to the flamingos too :)

It’s really clean place, the personel takes care of keeping it with the highest standards. Bed very comfortable, it’s close to the main street but no sound coming into. If I have a chance to visit Cagliari definitely I will come back. It’s located 20min walking distance from the ‚party’ center, but I really recommend to choose it due to the tidy and quiet district. It’s located on a 4th floor but there is a lift here :)

For me personally, the bed was very comfortable (soft). There was plenty of shower gel and shampoo. A bottle of water per person was waiting for visitors in the room. It seemed that daily cleaning also took place, during which water was also added. There was a fridge in the room. Cleanliness. Good location. There was a cafe right across the road and other service providers nearby. Free parking on the street. Special plus points for the previous email where the host had outlined various recommendations for things to do and places to visit. A noise came from the next room. If you had understood Italian, you would have literally heard someone's conversation, which seemed to last almost the whole day. On the first day it was more of a concern, on the following days either the next room was empty or there were quiet visitors. When someone moved through the doors, the door of our room also made noise all the time. The litter box could be a little bigger. Especially in hot weather like this, where water bottles alone already fill it up. A noise came from the next room. If you had understood Italian, you would have literally heard someone's conversation, which seemed to last almost the whole day. On the first day it was more of a concern, on the following days either the next room was empty or there were quiet visitors. When someone moved through the doors, the door of our room also made noise all the time. The litter box could be a little bigger. Especially in hot weather like this, where water bottles alone already fill it up. About a 12-minute drive away is the pleasant Poetto beach. Parco di Monte Urpinu is basically next to the property.
