Very nice location, in front of the seaside. Good breakfast and a lot of good restaurants close by. Poetto beach it’s a wonderful place. I recommend the restaurant of the hotel/residence.

The location of This hotel is second to none as it it just across the road from the amazing 12 km Poetto beach.

Very helpful staff. Good location, with beach and cafes within walking distance. Special thank you to staff Adele who helped arrange tours at the last minute - I strongly recommend the day tour by Nicola to ancient ruins and National Park. While taxis don’t normally come to this part of town, there’s a bus stop within walking distance. Also, the hotel can arrange airport pickup and drop off so let them know if you want this.

The staff, Viktorija and Adella, are amazing people. They were very welcoming when we arrived and during our entire stay. The location was great - right across the street from the beach and close to lots of restaurants.

We stayed in room 1 which was very spacious for 3 people. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing - thank you Paola and Claudia. Poetto is a great part of Cagliari to stay in when it is hot as you are across the road from a good beach and beach club (Emerson). Short, easy bus trip into the main part of the city and the staff bought us the tickets and gave instructions on how to get there.
