I enjoyed my time at this hotel and would recommend it. My top recommendation would be for the staff who were very helpful. Someone in a nearby room had the TV on loudly during the middle of the night and the staff dealt with the problem very well. The interior of the hotel is nice, as was the room. Very good breakfasts. You are close to everything, including the rail and bus stations and the Castello district. Also good restaurants nearby, especially trattorias.

I enjoyed my stay, largely thanks to the outstanding service from the staff. Every request I made was handled promptly and professionally, with genuine warmth. I was particularly impressed by Nikola at the front desk, who went above and beyond by helping me arrange my flight booking and airport transfer efficiently.

Great location and spacious comfy room. The showers and bathroom were excellent and had 2 nights very good sleep. The staff were extremely attentive and on hand to give information on the city . Great value for money. Early check in was a bonus

The hotel is pretty basic but clean. The location is very good, the railway station is round the corner and the city centre is very close. The bar across the street might get noisy in the evening but it wasn't a problem for me. The staff at the reception is very nice and helpful.
