What are we looking for when travelling abroad? A clean place... close to the main city attractions... good price...safe...soft pillows... with an air conditioner that does not sound like a tractor... with a kind and helpful host... Well for us, all checkboxes are checked. You will hardly find a cleaner place... everything is shining and smells good. It is right in the center of the city. Everything is at foot distance. And the big bonus are the hosts which are a great example of Sardinian hospitability. Before going up you take the beautiful wooden elevator that already takes you in the atmosphere that you usually see in Italian movies. From the windows, you will not be disappointed by the fantastic views towards the Castle or the sea. Cagliari is a bijou! It has everything you would ever want. Beautiful buildings, narrow streets, castles, hills, beaches, great restaurants with excellent food, museums, churches, palms with green parrots and even flamingos … You can start by taking a walk towards the castle or even take the small train (from the intersection of Via Sassari with Piazza del Carmine) For ladies, beside the main touristic streets Giuseppe Manno and Giuseppe Garibaldi, on Via Alghero you can find some elegant stores. Up to the Castello beside fantastic views you have there the must to be seen museum of archeology with the famous statues of giants from Mont’e Prama, the Palazo Reggio and the Cattedrale di Santa Maria. Poetto beach is an excellent place to spend a day. The water at the end of October had 23 degrees ! For travel around I recommend buying from any tabaccheria a “biglietto giornaliero”. You can buy a paper ticket or better a plastic card that can be charged. In 2024 it costs only 3.30 and you can travel in 24 hours as much as you want. Remember to validate the ticket every time you travel. Go in front. The advantage is that with a one-way ticket you have to go in the back to validate and there is always crowded.

Location was excellent as well communication with the owner , bed and pillows super comfortable however I did experience some issues which I gonna comment down below.

The host Gianna was amazing and very communicative. He was able to help us by staying late and arranging a late check in due to our flights. He was very easy and pleasant to deal with, and very friendly. The room itself was extremely clean! The bathroom too. Alot of space and easy to log into the WiFi. The location was amazing too right in the heart of Cagliari- a 4 min walk to the train station.

Very clean and comfortable room! Near the train station and the shuttle to the airport. The host was very helpful and we also could leave our suitcases at the reception as our flight was in the afternoon. I’d highly recommend this accommodation!

The room was newly renovated and in really good condition. The view was spectacular to the harbour .We were so pleased with the location as my wife was using crutches . The main restaurant was only 100m away and this made life much easier. This is a superior class property and well managed by a very helpful manager .

The host was excellent in dealing with our requests and made great recommendations. The location is prefect close to the one of the main streets for dinning. The taxi from the airport knew exactly where the property was

The location is very close to train & bus stations. A short walk to the main square. Extremely good location.
