Very modern and clean “apartment”. Especially the bathroom with the big shower is nice. Location is a good mix of being close enough to the city while still being able to find parking spaces (if needed) or also take the bus. Walking to the center is about 20-25 minutes and bus about 7-8 minutes. Checkin with the codes for all doors was very convenient.

We had a small but nice room with everything we needed. Big comfortable bed, nice well equipped bathroom, TV with available streaming services, AC, mini fridge with a small freezer compartment, nespresso machine with coffee capsules,.. They even surprised us with nice chilled room when we arrived which was really nice because it was very hot outside and it was a nice welcome surprise. We even got notifications about events in the city which was nice and some discounts for neighbouring cafes. Relatively close to the old city centre (15 min walk) and really close to San Benedetto market where they offer a nice selection of products ideal for picnic on the beach. There are also multiple bus stops nearby for easy connections to anywhere in the city.

Clean facilities and spacious room! The staff was easy to get ahold of on WhatsApp and had many great tips on what to see and many great discounts for dining nearby. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again!
