Just 2 minutes’ walk from Caernarfon Castle, the elegant Victoria House Room Only Accommodation dates back to the 1890s in the heart of the medieval town of Caernarfon, in North Wales. Its en suite rooms exhibit classic Victorian style and provide free Wi-Fi access.
Each guest room includes a flat-screen TV with DVD player, fridge and tea and coffee facilities. The en suite bathrooms have a shower, with a luxury spa bath in the superior rooms, and all include bathrobes, slippers and complementary toiletries.
The guest house is within easy reach of the harbour and town, with many pubs and restaurants within 5-10 minutes’ walk. It is around 15 minutes’ drive to the Menai Bridge which crosses to the beautiful isle of Anglesey.

A wonderful warm welcome from the lovely host with fabulous communication of how to go to our room. An amazing room, very comfy, warm and quiet. Lovely views of the castle walls and the scenery. With complementary drinks, a wide selection of hot drinks and all you could need in your room to make the stay special - fabulous!!

The host greeted us and showed us our room. Very helpful and friendly. Room was incredible, bed was comfortable. Spa bath with lots of clean towels. Quaint extra touches. Home made fudge, biscuits and all the facilities you need. One of our best stays in caenarfon.

What a warm welcome we received from Caitlin, breakfast was excellent every day and the room was huge and really well decorated. The room facilities were well thought out and the bathroom was the best I've ever used.

I am unable to comment on the interior of the accommodation. However the location is superb for walking around the city centre. Jan, the proprietor, facilitates vehicle parking. Jan was unable to accommodate me because of unexpected issues. However, she found me alternative accommodation close by, paid the difference, took me on a tour of parking places, restaurants, bars and even provided me with one of her prepaid parking space tickets. What first class service.! Many, many thanks, Jan.

Great location within the castle walls, we even managed to park right outside! Very clean room with a super king-sized comfortable bed and a large smart TV. All of the staff we met were brilliant and very friendly. Room had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was lovely and great professional service. Will stay here again if in the area!
