The location is perfect, very close to the city center and the tram. The room and the bathroom are very clean. The bed was super comfortable.

excellent location, the roo. eas quite dated and small but the bed was very comfortable and the linen was good. Isabella at reception was fantastic, very helpful and friendly.

Staff very welcoming. Super helpful and available to organise early check in and give suggestions for dinner. Amazing breakfast. Clean room and bathroom. Small room but perfect for one night, great value for money.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating to our schedule. We even showed up a little early and they were happy to hold our bags, let us up to our room to grab something, etc. I have never had a hotel be that accommodating.

We arrived early in Caen and the room was made available. On the day of departure the reception staff was very helpful in helping to find times of buses to the Port. However, the number 12 or 12ex which I thought went from the bus station, also stopped just outside the cathedral which would have been easier.

Very nice little hotel with friendly staff. Modern room, nice bathroom and shower. Very good location near the tram and the castle. Close to restaurants etc.

Great little hotel near the historic part of the city. It was a lovely surprise to have a bath, albeit small. Lovely large room, wee could have stayed here for several days quite comfortably.
