Perfectly situated near the market with wonderful eateries and generally on doorstep of many places of interest. A clean, modern apartment in a pleasant building. Spacious and well equipped.

We stayed in “Penthouse A” on the third floor. Accessible by lift. Decent sized studio apartment with king-sized bed. Well equipped for two guests. Excellent position near the market in Cádiz Old Town. Plenty of restaurants/bars on your doorstep. Semi-private roof terrace, only shared with “Penthouse B” with designated areas for each apartment. Greeted on arrival, good explanation of door entry system, and map of the Old Town provided/explained. Great for a short break!

Wonderful place, spotless clean and very well furnished. I totally appreciated the bottle of mineral water and the various coffee capsules that we were provided. Terrace is very beautiful, it gives you a very nice feeling of Cadiz vibe.

Excellent location and fantastic room we had. We stayed on the top floor which also includes its own private balcony, which was set up for relaxing. Easy location to walk around and really close to the fantastic central market for amazing food and drinks. Helpful staff who will point out great restaurants and monuments to visit. Highly recommend.

Very central in old Cadiz. Next to market and near a vibrant area. Clean with friendly staff. Good air conditioning. Secure entry.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean upon arrival and cleaned throughout our stay at a time selected by us. The apartment was well equipped and perfectly situated close to multiple small supermarkets and the local market.

Very comfortable apartment next to the Central Market. Everything was as described. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms is very convenient for family of 4. Patio was also nice for chill out. Living room has two sofas. All kitchen appliances, coffee machine with capsules and kettle. Excellent value for money.

Great location, in the historic center of Cadiz, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Hotel is clean and the apartment is quite big and comfortable. Recommended!
