It was truly so nice. It was myself, husband, 22 year old daughter and her boyfriend. 2 ocean view junior sweets. The staff all over the resort was always super friendly and helpful. The food was really good. You had many choices. The drinks were also good. Lots of entertainment if you are interested. One area of the pools was busy but you still had the other pool if you wanted a more quiet environment. Their wasn't anything we really didn't like. Rooms and mini fridge was cleaned and stocked daily. I didn't think the bed and pillows was super comfy but it still wasn't an issue. You couldn't really get in the water because it was rough but you could easily walk down the beach within 15 min if you wanted to do that. I wish they had more choices on the room service options but at least it was 24 hour room service. The pool parties were also fun, that's in walking distance to the other Riu. I could go on and on. Thank you for a great time and keep being so pleasant 😊

I liked how accommodating the staff was. We were able to move to the quiet side of the hotel for the second night without any inconvenience. The hotel was immaculate. I saw workers cleaning the walls, the inside edges of the door frames, the inside of garbage cans. There was constant sweeping and grooming of the grounds. I appreciated that.
