° By Mexican law, all homes are non-smoking, it’s not allowed to smoke inside any part of the

° The Vacation Rental assumes no responsibility for any loss the guest may suffer in values, cash
or documents not secured in the security boxes in the lobby.
° Any damage that occurs during the stay is the responsibility of the registered guest, damage
charges will apply upon departure.
° The Vacation Rental reserves the right to refuse admission to people with activities or conduct that
area punishable under the laws and affect the tranquility of our establishment and our guests.
