Lovely hotel in an incredible spot above the Colca Canyon. Walter was brilliant at looking after us in every respect including giving us a guided tour of all the animals on site which our girls loved.

The location is absolutely stunning, very rural so you can enjoy peace and quiet whilst enjoying the views and hopefully the birds! All the staff are very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The air is thin, the night very cold, the accommodation simple and clean, the staff super nice and English-speaking, breakfast and dinner delicious and the view...incredibly exciting, to look at again and again. Any time again!

Great location, amazing view on the canyon. You can see condors every day from the hotel. The hotel is a mirador on its own Very warm welcome Great cook for diner Small hotel : limited number of guests We highly recommend !

The location, though not easily accessible, is breathtaking, right on the very edge of the canyon. In early August, we spent hours each of 3 days watching condors soaring only a few meters away from the dining room balcony and the connected viewpoints. Even when the condors aren't flying, the canyon and mountain views are incredible. Our room was basic but comfortable, with hot water. The stone buildings and layout fit beautifully into the landscape. The restaurant offered good breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Staff was very nice and helpful. Resident dogs, cats, alpacas and sheep extra adorable. The property is a 15-minute dusty walk or 5-minute bumpy car ride - if a car is available - from the main road.

Exceptional and unique view on the Colca valley and the condors - hence my good score. Nice wooden fire and very good advices from Edgar, who is trying hard to offer a good service but there is a clear lack of staff. Good pisco sour.
