The rooms are self-contained chalets in the guest house garden, fitted to a high spec with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, washing machine and drying rack, aircon, sofa, TV and wifi. The owner provides lovely food and speaks good English. They will arrange taxis to the Amberd Fort etc. Bus to/from Yerevan passes the house.

Pleasant host, easy to find, big room and private bathroom. We bought breakfast and dinner and we were highly satisfied. The location is good if you're interested in going to Mount Aragats.

It was really lovely to stay at Seva :) I slept in a private cottage house, which was extremely comfortable, quiet, clean, and cozy. The host is amazing and you can feel at home right away. Food is super tasty, too - and it was very nice to sit and eat together. Thank you!

The bedroom was so spacious, light, clean and comfortable. The hosts were warm and helpful. The hosts prepared lovely vegan food for us.

Awesome friendly staff. This hotel meets our expectation 100 from 10. We will definitely comeback here with our 5yo boy and stay in private cottage with all facilities for a good and cozy stay. Recommend!
