Zero-tolerance noise policy: if management or security is required to visit you due to noise complaints or anti-social behaviour, call out fees will apply. A second incidence will result in eviction without a refund.Room access: Guests agree to grant staff, security, and emergency personnel immediate access inside the room in the event of safety concerns, noise complaints, repairs &, maintenance, suspected illegal drug use, or disruptive behaviour.No smoking. Fumigation fee will apply if smoke is detected inside the apartment.All rubbish must be removed and cookware washed before departure. A fee will apply if the apartment requires excess cleaning.There is a 1.8% charge when you pay by credit card.The property's office hours are:

It was ok a bit dirty the room needed a good clean. Not too far from the main action.

We stayed 2 nights. They didn't clean my room during my stay. Didn't change towels and I needed extra shower gel.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable and the location is a few minutes walk to dozens of cafes and restaurants. Great!

My second time here, per my original review I could never fault this place. Free secure parking, comfortable, clean and large rooms. The lady at reception is always so welcoming and friendly. Close walk to the town centre (2 min) the pool and pool area are great and the beach access is handy as well, will stay here every time I’m in Byron

Rooms are comfortable and spacious, balcony is nice to sit and enjoy a drink. Great pool and spa with bbq area. Easy walk to the beach and shops, with underground parking. Third time I have stayed here and will stay again
