A lovely place to stay one night, or a few. The rooms are well equipped for basic meals and there is an outdoor bbq for guests to use. Everything was clean and the staff were helpful but not intrusive. Walking distance to town and the beach, and an IGA and coffee shops nearby.

The three bedroom home was fantastic. It was comfortable for my family of 5. There were so many different indoor and outdoor areas for us to spread out in. The private pool was so nice to come home to after a day swimming in the river or at the beach. We left this morning and I already miss it. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Great little motel! Very tastefully updated with a fresh, beachy feel. Very thoughtful additions including a spacious wardrobe, plenty of hooks to hang clothes, bowls, plates and cutlery for simple meals. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom was a lovely touch as well. Best of all was the location - although located on the main road and we had the front room, it was still quiet while still being convenient enough to walk to local shops, beach etc. Nice to have free bikes to use which made excursions a bit more fun!

We had a fantastic time at The Chalet Motel. We had family that booked the Bungalow next door and we stayed in a King Room. The rooms are nicely renovated and the bed is comfy. The motel is in a great location, we would stay again.

The room was very clean, bed linen crisp and clean, good fridge, shower, bed,TV. The free bikes were good to have and Harry was very friendly and helpful. Price is good

Absolutely could not be more impressed with our stay at the Chalet. The rooms were immaculate and so beautifully designed. Funky and very insta worthy. Still shocked it was actually pet friendly, so very convenient. Close to great food and coffee, so good we booked another 2 nights
