The food (starters and main) were really good. For breakfast there were many options and good portion size. We enjoyed the private pool. Especially with kids this was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

100% chill facility. Calm, light music , excellent service, very good food - excellent choice plus when we asked the chef for a dish off the menu - no problem. We asked for a dish he didn't know ! He needed 1 day and organised everything ! it was a bit different to the original - but it was delicious ! wonderful ! Excellent manager ! Rooms large , nice everything as in pictures and videos. Everything super !

Initially we were very skeptical as there were some negative reviews on this resort. These reviews were further from our reality as this resort is excellent. Upfront communication was clear and timeous. The location and views from the pool and both bedrooms is amazing. Bathrooms were clean and spacious and the shower was warm to hot. WiFi was good but at times patchy as a result of power blackouts affecting Zanzibar. Each unit had their own private pool which is an added bonus. The pool was cleaned on a daily basis. Breakfast was excellent even tho it is from a set menu. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had an unforgettable 7-day family stay at Orient Beach Hotel in Zanzibar. From the warm Tanzanian hospitality to the outstanding service, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to meet all our needs, always cheerful, accommodating, and willing to help. The food was exceptional, and their flexibility with our late check-out was greatly appreciated. The uplifting atmosphere, with staff singing and dancing while working, added a special charm to our experience. The hotel’s location was ideal for excursions, creating lifelong memories for our boys, especially swimming with dolphins. It was a truly remarkable stay, and we’re already looking forward to returning!

This is the best hotel experience we have had till now (and we travel a lot)! The biggest value of this hotel is its team - they made as feel so special from the moment we arrived. Location is very quit, just next to the beach with wonderful views. We really liked the privacy of the place. And food was amazing! And the biggest surprise was the entertainment hotel is offering almost each evening. We enjoyed every moment there.

The hotel has a lot of space to walk around, a large restaurant, large rooms, a large private area. Spacious rooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, private pool. It really is very comfortable. Restaurant - very good food, recommend on site. Breakfast magical. Excellent.

Very private small resort. Service very personal. 6 large suites, each suite its own, private pool and its own pool area. In addition there is a communal area, a restaurant. All very natural and interesting. Service very good. Food very good, service very flexible - possible changes of dishes, ingredients as well as the whole dish. Very flexible. Our stay was comfortable, so the holiday gave us a lot of happiness and joy.

The most exceptional personalised experience. Felt like a queen and my kids were free to experience the resort and their every needed tended to by staff. The private pool was a win for kids and parents. Breakfast was amazing and their lunch and supper menu was the most reasonably priced for aromatic spicey cuisine. Close to paje so we drove some evenings to experience nightlife there. The beach is good for a morning walk

All super ! Not complain ! Big recomendation ! A hotel for longer stays, I recommend being here a minimum of 4-5 nights. Great food, great service, great hotel ! Good for longer stay ! Chill, best restaurant, best staff !
