The online pictures don't do it justice! Our room was so much better than expected! Plenty of room for the kids to run around, inside and outside in the fully enclosed yard! Awesome kitchen! Spacious bathrooms! Comfy beds! No one wanted to leave! Will definitely be back!

We had an excellent stay at FortyOne. The unit was big enough for our family of 5. Lovely outside area with BBQ, close to the local town for groceries. Modern interior, felt like a home away from home! Excellent communication from hosts. Would definitely book again!

It was clean, modern and spacious for our family. It had a lovely feeling as soon as we stepped in the door. The location was great with only a short walk to the beach.

the accommodation was comfortable, the location was good on the beach, also very quiet considering it is on a busy road. The bbq was clean and easy to work. The shower was good. The water was cut off and was rectified very quickly.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything was just like the pictures. We enjoyed a bbq on the patio, which was fun. Easy drive into Busselton or Dunsborough.
