The fine print
Free 400MB WiFi is available per person per 24 hours in all rooms throughout the resort complex. The maximum number of extra beds/children's porta cots permitted in a room is 2. Location was fabulous, value for money. Reception could have been a little more forthcoming with facility details. Found that info on the QR code after we got to the room. Beds/pillows were super comfy Restaurant was lovely for evening meals. Close to beach which was also great. Ducks were a cute touch especially of a night sleeping by the pool.

The best part of this visit. Was the beautiful day, along with a particular staff member going out of her way to rectify A very wobbly book in.... Thank you Mel, your service was impeccable, service in the restaurant again by Mel was extremely pleasant. A lady wearing many hats .... The location was right for us, it had a relaxing atmosphere. I didn't hear any bothersome noises and the air con worked great. We loved the spa bath and the private balcony. I would recommend staying here

We stayed at Abbey Beach Resort in Busselton for one night, and it was a pleasant experience. The resort is well-maintained, with beautiful grounds and easy access to the beach. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a short stay. The location is excellent, as it’s close to Busselton’s main attractions, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made check-in and check-out seamless. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we’d recommend it to anyone visiting Busselton.

The 3 bedroom unit was very spacious and well equipped with a lovely size balcony with ocean views

Access into the rooms on 2nd level was through the fire exit door. Had a near miss on the stairs as the 2 landing stairs should have yellow and black visible tape to indicate that have a small lip. This is a falls hazard. Lift no working unless you went to main reception area. Rooms were on the furthest point from the main reception. Other guests on level 2 opposite rooms 223 to 225 were smoking. Reported this to reception as you could smell it in the passage ways.

I booked this last minute for the bank holiday weekend. Beautiful resort inside and out. We had a beach front room which was a 3 minute walk onto a beach, we watched the sunset here for the 2 nights we stayed. My nephew who is 7 loved the indoor and outdoor pools and took full advantage of the lovely greenery area for games, he even played on the tennis court. Location to Busselton was amazing a 12miniute drive. Staff where amazing very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, well equipped for the 2 day stay. We will definitely be back

The staff were absolutely fantastic so friendly so helpful which makes a big difference to people’s stay I want to send out a big thank you to them all Perfect location close to beach and lovely walk around the grounds was in a quiet position facilities were excellent
