We had high expectations for this hotel in Busan, but overall, I was disappointed. While the reception team tries their best to assist, there are certain limitations, and communication in English can be challenging. Beyond paying for your room, don’t expect much additional support, whether it’s asking for recommendations or requesting basic items like an extra pillow. That said, the room itself was nice, offering lovely sea views and comfortable beds. The location was convenient, and our 5-night stay was fine, though it didn’t quite live up to our expectations. Breakfast is included, which is a nice touch, and I loved that they changed the menu daily. However, the time window for breakfast felt a bit too short, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

My second time. All is good. But there was no Kim (nori) for breakfast, as they used to serve.

The location was perfect as it was opposite the beach and also only 10 min walk from haeundae subway. In reception there were a lot of helpful extras like toiletries, water etc We also appreciated being able to do laundry on the premises for a very reasonable cost. The check- in / out was simple and the staff were very helpful, ordering us a taxi for when we were leaving. The breakfast has a good variety of hot and cold food. We were provided with clean towels everyday.
