Hotel location is a bit walking distance from metro, but not too bad from the busy area. There is a nice place to walk up to the busy area when there is no luggage carry on.

+ Good overall. - Too much fragrance in the corridors. We have sensitivity so it is a negative for us.

Great location, clean, the rooms are nice, we had a small balcony. I liked it. Just minor issues: We were always getting only one big towel instead of two for some reason. No problem at all, we just went to the reception and asked for more, but I just found it weird. Also, note that the beds are heated. I guess it's common in Korea, but it's our first trip to Korea, and we only realised it when leaving, so I'm not sure if you can turn them off. I personally like it, but my husband doesn't.

The location was perfect, near the metro station and the food alley. The staff was lovely, very available and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and confortable. Very recommended!

Clean, tidy and has amenities in the room. Good location for subway stops and is walkable to many eateries, shops etc., Rooms are big with plenty of space.
