The location is very convenient, the room is spacious and has everything for a comfortable trip. I was allowed to leave my luggage because I arrived earlier and the staff were very friendly

The hotel was close to BIFF, jagalchi market, Lotte department store, transportation and the Busan tower. The room was clean, air-conditioning was very cool and the check in process was easy. For a couple it was a nice small hotel with the basics for a 2 night stay. Our view was the mountain side so when looking out the window, it was a nice leafy backdrop.

The location was really cool! I enjoyed walking around by night as there were lots and lots of street food around. I didn't expected my bathroom to be in the middle of my room... I felt a bit sorry splashing water everywhere. But, hey, after a long day of work, why not! Also, big up to the staff and the kind lady who called a taxi for me at 4.00am!

Nice hotel, everyday cleaning and clean linen and Kimono. Spacious modern room. Staff friendly , nearby the metro Nampo. Nearby a lot of highlights of this side of de city

The location was amazing, the staff were super friendly and very helpful. One of the front desk employees that worked the morning shift went the extra mile and beyond for us. One of the cleaning ladies, Young Chu (sorry for butchering the spelling), was SO cute and friendly. She didn’t speak a word of English, but still talked to us as people she knew

The room was really big and clean. The windows a really soundproof and if you are on the sixth floor and above you have a great view on the Busan Tower. The hotel is in a quiet area but you have a big shopping street around the corner.

Location is good as very near to Subway and BIFF and nearby good cum shopping area. One of the room with big toilet and door for the bathtub.
