Warm hospitality, clean room. A bit of a walk, but within walking distance of two subway stations. Of course, KTX Busan station, too. You can communicate in Korean, English, and Japanese.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. Hotel is was clean and comfortable. Close to bus station and KTX train which is an advantage for us.

The location was good, quite near to Busan train station but actually there were not many restaurants/places to eat in this area and we missed that a bit. Regarding the hotel, it was brand new, rooms were nice and spacious and the staff was friendly.
