The staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive. When a problem with my safe deposit box appeared, they provided for the replacement in due time.

The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and had an amazing view with glass everywhere! The location was also quite good, because I was attending at a conference nearby, but there are not lots of eating places around and everything closes relatively early.

Nice Hotel close to BEXCO at a decent price. Clean room with decent amnesties. As long as you don't care about the view and don't need much space, it's a great option.

Everything was good! Clean, very comfortable, good enough space for a solo traveler, good and clean bathroom. Very accessible area, close to the station, alot of restaurants, cafes and mall in the area too.

Rooms have lovely high ceilings and kitchen facilities. Decor was lovely. Air conditioner was effective. Bed was good. Checkin is on level 13 at the cafe. Service is excellent. Cafe is beautiful. Eggs Benedict was perfect.

Comfort stay. Self heated toilet seat and shower facilities. Breakfast buffet is excellent with fusion of western and Korean food.
