The fine print
Based on two adults sharing, children stay free if staying in parents' room on a room only basis. Breakfast will be charged as taken. Full cancellation charge will be made for any booking cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival.Please note that a major refurbishment and expansion works are in progress. The expansion includes a new 100 seat Restaurant and Bar Area, relocation of the Reception and Lounge Area and an additional 14 bedrooms at the Hotel. Whilst the refurbishment project does not affect any of current facilities within the Priory Hotel there may be some slight disruption of traffic movement and workers throughout the daytime only.

We asked for a quiet room and it was. We were given VIP treats and cocktails. It was easy to get a bus into town and coukd leave the car till our return

Room nice once we'd found it. Self check in was good but then key card didn't work so we had to go in search of someone. Map to room okay but directions around hotel could be better. Nice touch with jar of sweets and nice biscuits - thanks. Nice comfy bed. Good clean room.

We loved that we could check in early and that we could do it on the machine and the key card popped out. We didn’t actually see one member of staff as we didn’t use the restaurant and bar but the room was had was fabulous and the hotel in a great for walking into the town centre

Lovely setting comfortable but a bit dated could be amazing. But v easy and convenient parking v easy check in and out and v good breakfast with views of the garden. Good value and would stay again.

Beautiful setting, lovely and quiet. All the staff were really lovely, helpful and polite. I had a light meal in the restaurant, which was lovely. I have stayed many times and it's the nicest place to stay, cheaper than in the town. My first choice when visiting Suffolk.
