Had a couple of things missing in my room, I went to reception and asked if they had them and within half an hour they were bought to my room. Asked for a late check-out and that was not a problem.

Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. Fantastic shower and bathroom and bed was so comfy. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. I requested a late checkout and was not charged for it which we really appreciated. We were having a Christmas gathering nearby with family so it was a great location for us.
