Uludag Free Shuttle Service in Winter Season:
*Semester Term (All days of the week between 20.01.2024 and 03.02.2024)
*Winter Term (10.02.2024 - 30.03.2024 between Friday-Saturday)
*There is a free shuttle service to Uludag Ski Center.
*The shuttle departs in front of the hotel at 10:00 and receives guests from the hotels area at 17:00 on the same day.
*NOTE: Guests must make a reservation for the shuttle 1 day in advance.
Please note that reservation is required for massage and hammam facilities.Children under 3 years old are not allowed to enter the pool area.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

We had stayed for one night the previous week and returned to break our journey and enjoy the Hamam and massage facilities. Once again the room was very comfortable and clean and we slept well. The private Hamam we booked would easily accommodate a family and was fabulous. We had room service from the a la carte restaurant after our massages and the food and service was superb.

It was as described, we had a no smoking room with a balcony as my partner smokes, there was a bath which was important to me, the room had a minibar, kettle and china mugs (tea and coffee supplies) and we slept really well.

the spa was nice. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were nice. they provide gratis valet parking which is very helpful since hotel is right on the main road so no parking or few options there. THey have a very nice looking restaurant on the top floor 4th but we didnt use it. THe say the spa is great but we only used the thermal springs which is free for residents of the hotel

One of the most unique Thermal Spa you’ll ever come across. Great rooms. Mixed reviews about the staff, some of them were really courteous and helpful while few were straight up rude.

This is a five-star hotel, so the requirements for it will be corresponding. So, from the pros: 1. Spa complex. A very good complex compared to what is sometimes presented as a spa. Marigold has a pool with very warm water (+46 degrees Celsius), a jacuzzi (the jacuzzi massages rather weakly, to be honest, but if you turn on the air blower, it is more fun), a steam sauna, a Finnish sauna, an adventure shower, an ice fountain and a hammam. The spa has a quiet area, but the silence in it is so-so, and no one monitors it. 2. Cleanliness in the room, pillow menu (upon request), a large comfortable bed with a large comfortable blanket. Bath in the bathroom. 3. Excellent varied breakfasts. It is convenient that the waiters pour coffee at breakfast directly into mugs on the table, and you do not need to carry a hot mug of coffee across half the restaurant. 4. The staff is friendly. 5. Tea, coffee and water in the room are replenished every day.

Perfect spa hotel. You should stay to see all this beautiful rooms, friendly staff and spa with hot mineral water from deep underground. We really loved that hotel and definitely will try to come again for a longer stay
